All of us face struggles at times. People who upset us, circumstances that don’t go the way we want them to, and obstacles that slow us down.
With all the readings I’ve done and messages I’ve shared from Spirit Guides and Angels, I’ve learned that what really brings us down isn’t something outside of ourselves. It’s our own self-talk.
In today’s video, I’m sharing the reminder to be your own cheerleader and number one supporter.
Watch your thoughts this week, and notice when you’re bringing yourself down with negative self-talk. Turn those thoughts around by acknowledging how well you’re doing, how much you’ve already accomplished, and how you’ve proven your ability to overcome challenges.
If you find it difficult to change your self-talk, imagine what you would tell someone you love if they were having the same thoughts. What would you say to encourage them?
Every day is a new start, and today you can start by being kinder and more encouraging to yourself. It will give you the energy and peace of mind you need to create the life you want and feel good doing it.
