When someone hurts your feelings, sometimes it’s hard to let it go. Their words or actions might play in your mind over and over, reviving those hurt feelings and preventing your relationship from moving forward.
This happened to me a few months ago. After a conversation with one of my family members, I felt hurt, unloved, misunderstood…and it was hard to move on and remember that this person cared for me. Even two weeks later, I was still bothered by our interaction.
It doesn’t feel good to be upset with someone and hold onto those hurt feelings. I knew I had to find a way to let it go, so I asked my Spirit Guides for help. If you’ve been feeling offended or hanging onto a grudge, I hope today’s video can help you feel better again too.
