To do the reading, calm your mind first. Feel your feet on the ground, and bring your attention to this moment. Ask to be led to the number that has the message meant for you. Then scroll down to read your message!
Did you pick card number one? The way that you can get spiritual messages is through prayer. Address your team in your mind, and let them know what area of your life you would like help with. Ask them for insight. The most important part of prayer isn’t the asking, it’s the listening. After you ask for guidance, sit in silence for several minutes, trusting that a message will come to you.
The message won’t necessarily come to you in the form of words. You may notice that the next time you think about your concern, you just suddenly have new insight or a new idea to follow. You might just feel a sense of peace about a situation that had been bothering you.
When you prayer for guidance, you always receive it. You may not be consciously aware of it, but your spirit has received the guidance you need. Prayer is a great way for you to receive the spiritual guidance you are looking for and start developing a stronger relationship with your spiritual team.
Did you pick card number two? The best way for you to get spiritual guidance is by being active. When you have something on your mind that you need insight about, write it down, and then forget about it and do something physical – clean your home, exercise, go for a walk in nature, bake, do woodworking…just do something to move your body. This will occupy your mind and allow space for insight to come to you.
Sometimes the mind is like an inquisitive child. You might get insight, but then it asks, “But why? When? Are we there yet? Tell me everything right now!” [Insert temper tantrum here.] LOL Sometimes fear can manifest as a stream of mental chatter that keeps you from hearing the gentle voice of spirit. (Did that sound as cheesy to you as it does to me? LOL)
When you are active, you give the mind something else to focus on. That chattering voice quiets because all your focus is on something else. While you’re doing your activity, or shortly after, you’ll get insight. Maybe your concern won’t seem as monumental anymore. Maybe you’ll feel a new sense of peace. Maybe you’ll have a vision or get insight in some other way. The key for you is to be active. Once you’ve finished your activity, look at the question you wrote for your spiritual team, and write the response that you feel.
Did you pick card number three? For you, it’s really helpful to write to your Guides. Write to them about how you feel and the guidance that you’re seeking. Then imagine that you step aside and let them speak. Write whatever comes to you. Remember that messages from Spirit Guides are always loving, insightful, and helpful. Did you pick card number four? Your messages come as a “gut feeling” about whether something is a positive choice for you or not. You just have that knowing sense. You’re already aware of this, but sometimes when you get busy, you don’t notice the gut feelings that you’re getting. Or if you get the feeling that it’s time for a change, you might disregard that feeling because it’s easier to stay where you are.
Have you ever had bouts of stomach issues? That’s your “gut feeling” telling you that something in your life is way out of whack. Pay attention to that message in order to start feeling better.
Most of the time you pay attention to the messages you’re getting. This is a gentle reminder that you can trust your gut feeling. That is your inner guidance helping you to steer clear of obstacles and make your life easier.
