I think meditating is one of the best things you can do to improve your life, reduce stress, and get clarity on your direction. I know you’re a busy person, but meditation can easily fit into anyone’s schedule. Even 10 minutes makes a big difference. Plus, when you meditate, you end up having more time in the day. You make decisions more quickly, you have more focus and can get projects done more quickly, and you feel more peaceful while you’re doing them.
Over the years I’ve found a daily routine that works for me, and that’s what I’m sharing with you in this video. I hope it helps you feel inspired to find a way to fit meditation into your schedule too!
