    I was working on my studio today and thought, “I’ll listen to this and skip the meditation part.” About two seconds into the meditation, I was so drawn into it that I literally sat down on the floor, dropped the papers in my hand and did it! It was so relaxing!

    P.S. I’m a burster, too!! This is such a huge challenge for – something I definitely need to work on. The bursting part is great, but it’s always followed by a good week of inactivity, and then I have to play catch-up to get back in the game. Not so great in the long run!

      Hi Five Seed, I love your story about the meditation! Ha! I’m so glad you enjoyed it. Yeah, the problem for me with bursting is that as my energy gets low from doing too much, my positive attitude goes down down down, and that is definitely no bueno. I have to keep tabs on myself to make sure I’m taking care of moi 🙂
