In today’s episode of TrueYou TV, Summer Smith from Yama Yoga Wellness Spa shows us a simple yoga pose we can do to feel deep relaxation in mind and body. I filmed myself in an unflattering position just for you! Make it worth it by taking 5 minutes at the beginning or end of your day to give yourself this gift of relaxation.
As Summer mentioned in the video, if you don’t have bolsters to support your knees, you can use blankets. I’ve used pillows before as well. You don’t have to be super flexible. Love what your body can do right now.
