Everything is energy. You, me, your dog, and my cat. There are dense energies, which are easier to see. Your body is dense energy (no offense). There are also subtler levels of energy beyond your physical body. This is called your aura.
Your aura tells the story of how you feel, what’s on your mind, and any illness or imbalances you may be experiencing.
You can learn how to see, feel, and read your aura with practice. In this episode of TrueYou TV, you’ll learn a simple exercise to help you feel your aura.
Another way to become familiar with the feeling of your aura is to ask yourself, “What does my energy feel like today?” Take a moment to be still and focus on how the space around your body feels to you.
Is it warm or cool? Dense or light? Fast moving or slow? Does it feel good to you, or not quite what you’d like?
Check your aura after spending time outside, after a shower, when you’re relaxed, and when you’re tense. Become as familiar with your aura as you are with your face.
Your aura will help you become tuned into how your Spirit feels. You’ll be aware of when you need to rest or be more active. You’ll notice a change when you’re making decisions that benefit you and when you’re not. You’ll notice how food affects the way you feel. You’ll start noticing your intuition more as well.
