“Aura” is the term for the energy field around your body. Last week I showed you how to feel your aura, but you’ll have even more fun learning how to see your aura. Flashes of light, sparks, and clouds of color around people can become part of your daily life. It’s like seeing a whole new world! (Cue the Disney music!)

What do these colors mean? A simple guideline is that bright, clear colors show healthy energy, and dark, muddy colors show an energy imbalance. Here are some examples of auras I’ve seen.
When you see an aura, pay attention to what the person is doing, saying, or feeling. This will help you get an understanding of what different colors can mean.
