Have you ever wondered what your purpose is? Many people struggle with this question and feel that they are lost or falling behind if they aren’t sure of the answer.
In this episode of TrueYou TV, I share what my Spirit Guides say about your purpose and how to release the stress and worry over finding it.
There are many layers to your purpose, but here are 4 ways you can get glimpses of your purpose:
Repeated Lessons
Think about lessons that have been important for you to learn and that seem to return throughout your life in different ways.
For example, it’s always been important to me to feel I am being heard. Even as a child, feeling like I’m not being heard has been a big emotional trigger for me. As an adult, it’s a reminder to slow down and figure out how to express myself in a way that makes me feel I am speaking up for myself and honoring my truth.
Meaningful Causes
Think about causes or injustices that have always stood out to you. For me, I’ve always been interested in bringing more peace into my life and into the world. I’m fascinated with learning how to approach life and all the circumstances and people I encounter in a more peaceful way.
Maybe you’ve always been led to help people feel their personal power, to offer protection, to heal, to create practical solutions for better living, to provide a supportive family environment, or to stay grounded.
Difficulties
What aspects of life are really difficult for you? Do you find you always need to work on being a better communicator, honoring your passions, finding balance, or believing you are worthy?
One of the things I’ve been working on for many years is making time for myself. This is much easier now than it was several years ago, but it’s something I have to continually remind myself to do.
Strengths
What are you naturally good at? This could be a talent, like art or music. It could be a way of relating to others, like being a good listener or motivator. Think about what is easy for you to contribute to the world.
One of my strengths is connecting with people on a soul level. Throughout my life, people have felt comfortable sharing things with me that they don’t share with some of their closest friends and family. That quality makes me great at my job and helps put people at ease when they are going through a difficult time.
By thinking about your life and observing these patterns, you can get insight into what you are here to learn.
Remember, your purpose is not something you need to discover. It is something you are naturally living every day. Release your stress and struggle to figure it out, and trust that each step is the perfect step forward for you.
Sending you love!
